Structured Coaching

Coaching is carefully planned to ensure a structured approach is taken on the path to alcohol freedom. All sessions are one to one and personalised to your specific needs.

One to One Sessions

Sessions are face to face in complete privacy, using video conferencing online. You are in a totally safe space and will receive tailored support to ensure you smash your goals.

Direct Support

In addition to regular one to one sessions, you have direct email (or instant message) access to Simon. You can send questions, ask for advice or reach out if you need help anytime between 9am - 6pm UK time.
